Principal's Message
Dear Roosevelt Parents & Guardians,
Welcome back to the start of another exciting school year at Theodore Roosevelt Elementary School! We hope you had a wonderful summer break filled with rest, adventure, and quality family time. As we gear up for the new academic year, we are thrilled to have your child back in our school community.
At Theodore Roosevelt Elementary, we are committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every student can thrive. Our dedicated team of teachers and staff have been working hard to prepare for a year full of learning, growth, and memorable experiences.
This year, we are introducing a Reading and Math specialist, which we believe will greatly enhance your child’s educational journey. We are also excited to continue 9Dots coding, K-6, J3 Foundation Reading program, grade 4, Think Together afterschool, Esports, First Lego League, Training for Thought Chess group, grade 3, programs or traditions, which have become a cherished part of our school culture.
Communication between home and school is key to your child’s success. We encourage you to stay engaged with us throughout the year. Please feel free to reach out to your child’s teacher, our administrative staff, or myself if you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions. We are here to support you and your child every step of the way.
We also ask that you review our updated [Student Handbook/Parent Handbook] that outlines our school policies, expectations, and important information. This document can be found [online/on our website/in the school office].
We are looking forward to a fantastic year filled with learning, discovery, and growth. Thank you for entrusting us with your child’s education. Together, we can make this school year a rewarding and successful one for all our students.
Warm regards,
Rayjanette Condley Principal Theodore Roosevelt Elementary (310)898-6350
